The nine IdeaLabs are a new hallmark of SECON 2014.

Each IdeaLab is hosted by a real-world leader of social enterprises looking to solve a specific strategic problem for their organisation. Designed by The Value Web, each session will feature a moderation style and problem-solving approach specifically tailored to the featured organisation. 

Guided by their professional facilitators and host, conference participants will collaborate in small teams of five to six individuals to suggest creative solutions to these problems in intensive, 2 hour and forty-five minute sessions. Participants can expect to walk away from the IdeaLabs with unique insight into the problems faced by social entrepreneurs and a fresh approach to problem solving. 

WomenLead is an online personal advisory board platform for women disrupting and revolutionizing mentorship.
